From Pencil to Paint - Recreating High School Art

The original of this was done in study hall in my last year of school back in 2012, so a good six years ago with pen and pencil as seen below. I decided to redo it but instead of doing so on the computer like I had originally thought to I decided to do so with paints. One just because I could and two because I wanted to practice more with my painting skills as I'm trying to get myself back into traditional art more and more while still keeping up with my Digital art. Another reason I chose to do this is because as I said I wanted to practice my painting but wasn't sure what to do so i used something old to make something new.
