Winds of Magic

This elf was from a story that I tried writing when I was 12. She was an elf that had no magic and was shunned by her people, one day though nature granted her wish and gave her the magic of the elements. the original title was The Wind Which Carries Her Magic. It was meant to go with the title of the story itself which was Winds of Change. This character was not the main character she wasn't going to be met till much later. The main character was a human girl who had magic and was therefore looked down on by humans as humans no like magic.

I was inspired to write the story by the Tortall book series which features strong female protagonists in each of the sets. the first set i read was the Immortal series and then the Song of the Lioness quartet. which is actually backwards in the time line. Lioness comes first in the series.....technically the Beka Cooper trilogy is technically first timeline wise but was the last books to be written. I highly recommend these books to both boys and girls as the stories are really great and it's midevil fantasy with magic and monsters and some mystery.
