Gentle Giant - Ice Dragon

I love how this dragon came out, and getting to work on tan toned paper was really fun! I love how the tiny people turned out as well. Well they are normal sized, he's just a big boy. The story I had in my head is he is seen as sort of a guardian of the people in the area, he is very gentle and allows the children to play around and on him when he comes to visit the different tribes and clans of people he watches over in his massive territory. I had thought of maybe having him live in the desert where he would provide a water source for the people of the land via a large ice chunk he'd make with his icy breath. I still really like that idea even though I did make it look like he was one snow maybe the sand is just covered in a light layer due to his presence there, guess we will never know.
