One Piece OC Redesign

Last year I created an OC for One Piece based on a weird conversation my brother and I had, but I didn't fully draw out the design in my head for several reasons. the Biggest one being I was new to the medium I was using. This I far closer to what I had originally in my head. Looking again there are still somethings I'd probably edit but overall and really happy with how this came out. I feel like they are really a character now not just an idea.
